What we collect
- Details you give us when you order, book a repair, ask us to buy your phone, join our email list or contact us: your name, phone number, email address and, if you choose delivery, your address.
- Details about your phone: the model, storage, condition, any faults and any photos you send.
- Messages you send us, including through the website chat.
- Basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address and browser, which our website host and shop platform may log.
How we use it
- To take, prepare and deliver or collect your order.
- To book and carry out repairs, and to make offers on phones.
- To reply to your questions.
- To send our email offers, if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep our records and meet legal duties, such as accounts and tax.
We rely on four things: our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a shop, your consent (for example for marketing emails) and legal obligations.
Google Maps
Our Visit us page shows a Google Map. When it loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address and set cookies. Google's own privacy policy explains how it uses that information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the reasons above, or for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy you can move elsewhere. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email supports@g-techpro.co.uk.
