About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, or buy, repair or sell a phone with us. We are G-TECH PRO LTD, trading as G-TECHPRO, company number 17131873, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 125 Granby Street, Liverpool, L8 2TU.
Using this website
Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it. We try to keep prices, stock and descriptions accurate, but mistakes can happen. Phone pictures on the site are illustrations until we photograph each phone.
Phones and grades
Every phone is graded A, B or C and goes through our 25-point check: see the lab. Grade A has 90 to 100% battery health, grade B 80 to 89% and grade C 70 to 79%. Every grade works perfectly.
Prices and orders
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). You pay at checkout through our payment provider. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If we cannot supply a phone, or a price was shown wrongly, we will contact you and refund anything you have paid.

Repairs
We confirm the price before we start. Most repairs are ready within 1 to 2 working days, and we email you when yours is ready to collect. We recommend backing up your phone before you bring it in.
Selling your phone to us
We make an offer based on the model, condition and faults you tell us about. If the phone is not as you described when we see it, we may change our offer. You do not have to accept an offer.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights, or anything we cannot limit by law, such as responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
